Description of each role:
Journal organiser:
keeps track of all documents and makes sure they are organised in the journal after each session.
Task Manager
keeps track of which activity the group needs to work on during each session. (checks off the checklist)
Materials coordinator
responsible for gathering all the materials necessary to complete each activity during the session as well as returning materials at the end of the session.
Internet navigator/timer:
responsible for making sure that everyone on the committee has an opportunity to look through the information on the websites. (ex. rotate committee members on the computer and keep track of time)
